Brasmar Group arrives at Tuttofood 2021
Brasmar takes to the event Brasmar and Nuchar products recognized internationally for their quality and food safety certifications.
After attending its first international trade fair after a long break from events, Brasmar is now heading to Italy to participate in TuttoFood, which takes place between 22 and 26 October. This country, which represents one of its main export markets, is the next destination for the national leader in the seafood sector. Brasmar Group will present itself with the Brasmar and Nuchar brands at one of the sector’s largest events in Milan, dedicated to food sector professionals.
In this edition, Brasmar brand will exhibit its range of frozen products and for the first year it will also highlight dried salted cod – a market segment in which it clearly bets, having three industrial units dedicated exclusively to the processing of this product: Gafanha da Nazaré, Famalicão and Alesund (Norway).
Nuchar, a brand of chilled products, specialised in cephalopods, seafood and other ready-to-eat cooked products, is now entering this market. With its presence in this fair, Nuchar intends to give great visibility to its portfolio of products with extraordinary taste, recognised for their quality and safety and produced in units with IFS Higher Level certification.
The Portuguese company will thus present its proposals to thousands of visitors from all over the world, through product tasting sessions led by a chef.
“The prospect of deepening the relationship with regular customers and seeking new ones has, once again, led Brasmar to TuttoFood. We were the first Portuguese company to integrate this biannual fair, in 2015. Since then, our participation has been marked by success, given the new opportunities it has brought us,” says Roberto Herranz, Marketing & R&D+i Director at Brasmar.
In Pavilion 10 – H43/L42/L44 of Fiera Milano, it will thus be possible to find Brasmar and Nuchar products, increasingly better positioned internationally for their quality, sustainability and food safety certifications.
AN INTERNATIONAL BET
With exports representing 53% of the company’s turnover (in 2021, Brasmar’s turnover rose to 191 million euros) and with a presence in more than 40 countries, Brasmar’s bet on international markets is undeniable.
After Vigo and Milan, new paths await Brasmar in the consolidation of its national leadership and its strong international presence.
